Salesforce Engineer

We seek a skilled Salesforce Engineer to design, build, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform that support critical business operations and cross-functional initiatives. This role will report to the Sales Operations Manager and collaborate closely with project managers, marketing, sales and business development, and development teams to deliver scalable, high-impact features, dashboards, integrations, and process automations that improve efficiency and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Flows.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide visibility into KPIs for sales, operations, and project management teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce Flows, which serve as the primary automation layer across departments and teams.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs for real-time and batch data processing.
• Manage user roles, profiles, and permission sets to align with evolving organizational structure and data access policies.
• Redesign and optimize internal APIs for content delivery across internal and external platforms.
• Participate in Agile development sprints, contributing to planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices, documentation, and peer reviews.

Required Qualifications:

• 4 – 5 years of experience with Salesforce platform tools, including Apex, MuleSoft, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder.
• Proficient in working within environments where automation is primarily implemented through Salesforce Flows rather than custom Apex code.
