We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join our growing team and help build and maintain our Salesforce DevOps practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and extensive experience with DevOps methodologies and tools, particularly Flosum.
What You'll Do:
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end DevOps processes for Salesforce development using Flosum as the primary tool
- Set up and manage version control repositories for Salesforce projects
- Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline the software development lifecycle
- Implement and maintain automated testing processes
- Monitor and optimize system performance and deployment processes
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on DevOps best practices
- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies throughout the DevOps lifecycle
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build, deployment, and release processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends and tools in the Salesforce ecosystem
Qualifications We Are Looking For
- 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce development and DevOps practices
- Strong proficiency in Flosum for Salesforce DevOps processes
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices
- Knowledge of Salesforce DX and Salesforce CLI
- Experience with automated testing frameworks for Salesforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and governance best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect) are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or AutoRABIT
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools
