We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 7–10 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Agentforce or other AI-powered capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a strong problem-solving mindset, experience working with cross-functional teams, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for building custom applications, optimizing platform performance, integrating external systems, and leveraging AI-driven capabilities to enhance automation and user experience.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Build custom business logic, triggers, classes, controllers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes using Apex.
  • Develop responsive and reusable UI components using LWC and Lightning framework best practices.
  • Implement and enhance AI-powered workflows using Agentforce or other AI tools to improve business productivity and customer engagement.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and security models.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure platform reliability.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain development standards, documentation, and best practices.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce platform features, AI innovations, and industry best practices.
Must-Have Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Development
  • Expertise in Apex Programming
  • Advanced proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Experience with Agentforce or other AI-powered tools and intelligent automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and customization
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and system integrations
  • Knowledge of asynchronous Apex, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • 7–10 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows, Platform Events, and Lightning Experience customization.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven automation, generative AI integrations, or intelligent agents within enterprise applications.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Experience working with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or relevant AI-related certifications are an added advantage.
