Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Salesforce data analysis & enablement: Understand Salesforce data models (standard/custom objects), business processes, and reporting needs; translate requirements into analytics-ready datasets and metrics.
- Data integration : Build and maintain pipelines to extract and load Salesforce data (APIs/connectors/files) into target data stores; implement transformations, harmonization, and refresh orchestration.
- Data modeling & development: Design logical/physical models (e.g., conformed dimensions, facts), write optimized SQL, SOQL, JSON and develop reusable curated data layers for reporting and self-service consumption.
- Data quality & controls: Implement validation/reconciliation checks, monitoring, and issue triage to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistent KPI definitions.
- Documentation & knowledge transfer: Produce and maintain technical documentation (data dictionaries, lineage, refresh schedules, runbooks) to support stable operations.
What your background should look like
- Requires 3 plus years of relevant technical or business work experience.
- Requires 3 years of development/configuration experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics (aka Tableau CRM), Tableau.
- Hands-on experience sourcing and working with Salesforce data (objects, relationships, reporting concepts, extraction methods).
- Strong SQL skills and experience building data models for analytics/reporting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills (requirements, validation, communicating data meaning and limitations).
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.
