We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with deep expertise in Salesforce development, architecture, and enterprise integrations. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional who can lead complex Salesforce initiatives, drive scalable technical solutions, and support business transformation across B2B and B2C environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce platform development, Apex, integrations, and enterprise workflows, along with exposure to industries such as Automotive OEM, Retail, or Direct-to-Consumer businesses. You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional departments to design, develop, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
This role requires a strong balance of technical leadership, solution design, integration expertise, and hands-on development capabilities.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce development initiatives and provide technical direction across projects
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and platform capabilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Architect and manage integrations between Salesforce and ERP, finance, logistics, fulfillment, and external enterprise systems
- Drive best practices in Salesforce development, code quality, deployment, security, and scalability
- Support complex workflows including lead-to-order, pricing, approvals, incentives, and order-to-cash processes
- Build and optimize reusable components, APIs, and enterprise-grade Salesforce applications
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development teams and junior engineers
- Monitor application performance, observability, logging, and integration monitoring frameworks
- Work closely with analytics and data engineering teams on reporting and sales analytics initiatives
- Participate in solution reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions
- Ensure alignment with Agile delivery processes and enterprise development standards
- 12–15 years of Salesforce development experience with strong technical leadership exposure
- Salesforce PD1 and PD2 certifications are mandatory
- Strong expertise in Apex, Salesforce platform development, and enterprise application architecture
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern JavaScript development
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C business workflows and customer engagement systems
- Experience working in Automotive OEM, Retail, or Direct-to-Consumer business environments is highly preferred
- Strong integration experience with ERP, finance, logistics, or fulfillment platforms
- Familiarity with sales analytics and data engineering platforms such as Tableau, Amazon Redshift, and Airflow
- Knowledge of observability, logging, and integration monitoring patterns
- Strong understanding of enterprise workflows including approvals, pricing, incentives, and order-to-cash cycles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead technical discussions effectively
- Ability to work in fast-paced product environments while driving scalable and maintainable solutions
Skills Required
- 12+ years of Salesforce development experience (12-15 years preferred)
- Salesforce PD1 and PD2 certifications
- Strong expertise in Apex and Salesforce platform development
