Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
Build and enhance solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Opportunities, Leads, Accounts, Quotes, and custom business processes
- Develop and support integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware solutions.
- Ensure all implementations follow Salesforce best practices for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Optimize existing functionality, improve performance, and reduce technical debt.
- Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations and tradeoffs.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Support production environments, investigate issues, and provide root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
- Contribute to development standards, reusable frameworks, and overall platform
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification is mandatory.
- Active Salesforce Trailhead profile with Ranger rank preferred.
- Strong expertise in Apex including asynchronous processing, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing mechanisms.
- Solid experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations with external systems.
- Good understanding of SOQL and SOSL optimization, governor limits, and platform performance considerations.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and structured deployment processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with large data volumes and performance-sensitive systems.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and event-driven architectures.
