Job Description
This role requires working from our local Hyderabad office 2-3x a week.
Hours of Work Expectations: Ability to work in India time 8 AM -5 PM 3x/week + 11 AM - 8 PM 2x/week (to have a couple of cross hours with team). Flexibility to work in the office once open and remotely.
INTRODUCTION:
SALESFORCE DEVELOPER
Salesforce is the backbone of our Go To Market process, as our Salesforce Developer, you’ll play a vital role at ABC Fitness Solutions in developing solutions that enhance internal workflows and data collection. You’ll partner with our Salesforce Administrative and Revenue Operations Teams to continually improve and enhance the Salesforce platform for our organization.
This collaborative role is intended to deliver programmatic results that go beyond what is capable of from the base Salesforce UI. Your background and expertise regarding Apex, VisualForce and API integration will allow us to enhance our processes and achieve a heightened level of efficiency. Through your partnership with Salesforce Administration and Revenue Operations, you will be exposed to processes that will benefit Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, Client Success and beyond.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support Salesforce Administrative Team in delivering solutions that go beyond the native UI’s capabilities
- Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support business requirements,
- Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages and Lightning Web Components
- Integrate external systems via API when applicable
- Test and debug workflow errors to ensure develop solutions work as intended
- Leverage industry standard coding best practices
- Create/maintain technical documentation
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud product knowledge and at least 3 years of Salesforce development experience
- Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders / other Salesforce team members
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Proficient with Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle
