We are actively seeking a Salesforce DeveloperThis is a remote position, however, if you are located within 50 miles of one of Rimini’s Corporate Offices then this position allows for Hybrid Work Option. 

Position Summary

Salesforce Developer will be responsible to deliver high quality service to Rimini Street in SFDC platform. This position will play a key role in setup, configure, design, integrations and develop solutions using best practices to implement and improvise business processes, as well as troubleshoot and support daily operations in salesforce.com.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain custom objects, page layouts, field additions, permissions and maintain Visualforce, AppExchange, Force.com pages, APEX, triggers, SOAP/REST APIs etc.
  • Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows/flows, email alerts and templates.
  • Provide administration and development expertise, as well as assist in application support tasks.
  • Enhance data integrity through effective design, maintenance, and security practices.
  • Setup, configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FinancialForce and SF based Apps in Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Implement SF AppExchange apps in Salesforce platforms
  • Track, manage and resolve daily support requests, issues, and administrative needs of users, business stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate business requirements clearly and concisely
  • Maintain user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc. Support and train new end users on the SFDC and FinancialForce applications.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with other business groups in the organization to maintain and improve business processes.
  • Identify SFDC usage problems and develop functional and technical solutions using various Tools.
  • Serve as a liaison between development team and Service Delivery, Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services teams.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience

Experience

  • 5 - 7 Years of experience with SFDC development, administration, implementation, and support

Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
  • Strong documentation and training skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills

Desired Qualifications

  • SFDC.com certified Developer (Preferred) / Experienced Developer
  • Working knowledge and experience in Financial Force, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
  • Working knowledge of Lightning, Integration scenarios
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com Schema
  • Experience and knowledge in Salesforce technologies including Force.com, Java, JavaScript.

Compensation is based on role, location, and level of applicable experience. 

Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant’s Interview process.

The general salary range for this type of role is 117k - 146k depending on skills and experience.
