Job Description:
Synergy Business Innovation & Solutions is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. You will focus on building applications for a public sector client, specifically, secure digital experiences using OmniStudio and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
The ideal candidate has excellent knowledge of Salesforce software functionalities, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex technical tasks efficiently.
Core Responsibilities:
- OmniStudio Development: Build and configure OmniScripts and FlexCards to guide users through complex financial disclosure submissions and intake forms.
- Apex Development: Write efficient, secure Apex classes, triggers, and handlers for complex approval routing logic.
- Integration: Implement REST/SOAP integrations with DocuSign Enterprise APIs for multi-party signature routing.
- Component Development: Develop responsive Lightning Web Components (LWC) for high-fidelity user interfaces on Experience Cloud.
- System Health: Monitor database health, perform unit testing, and ensure code quality aligns with PMD scanning standards.
- Documentation: Document technical designs, reports, and system changes to ensure maintainability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts and Architects to map functional requirements to technical solutions.
Qualifications and Certifications
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC) preferred
- Development Skills: Proficiency in OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity), Salesforce Experience Cloud, and DocuSign API integration.
- Data Management: Extensive knowledge of data management principles, including deduplication and complex data loads.
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve technical problems promptly and effectively.
Education:
- Highly preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or an equivalent field.
Certifications:
- Required: Salesforce Platform Developer I.
- Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer II or OmniStudio Developer.
- Bonus: Salesforce Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator.
Functional Responsibilities (Standard Duties)
- Application Development: Develop and customize application servers and toolsets to enhance business processes, including workflow development, knowledge management, and data management.
- Requirements Analysis: Research, test, and report on the capabilities of technology products; work with business analysts to map business and functional requirements to technical specifications.
- Process Improvement: Develop and apply organization-wide business modernization and process improvement models for designing integrated, shared application systems.
- Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve application software and toolset issues; rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Autonomy: Complete tasks of intermediate complexity independently; may require supervision only for the most complex problems.
Citizenship & Clearance
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Clearance: Must be able to pass a background investigation to attain a Federal Government Position of Trust.
Target Salary Range
Compensation for roles at Synergy is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the requirements of the role; level of experience; education and certifications; the individual’s combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities; as well as alignment with market data, federal and state laws, and other business and contract considerations. The estimated pay range for this position is: $102,298.00 – $146,140.00. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case and represent just one component of Synergy’s total compensation package for employees.
