Project OverviewThis is a rare "Fresh Start" initiative. Rather than managing legacy migrations, you will be part of a clean-slate implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud designed for modern, AI-ready scalability. Working at the intersection of Marketing and Product Development, you will architect a unified customer data ecosystem with a robust Snowflake backbone. Your contribution will be pivotal in transforming fragmented data into sophisticated marketing use cases and driving high-level business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities- Architect Data Solutions: Lead the design and build-out of a scalable data architecture within Salesforce Data Cloud from the ground up.
- Bridge Business & Tech: Act as a hybrid lead, spending 70% of your time on Business Analysis (requirement gathering) and 30% on Data Engineering (validation and flow).
- Collaborate with Leadership: Partner closely with Marketing Managers and Product Owners to define technical requirements that align with high-level business goals.
- Optimize Data Flows: Ensure seamless integration and data integrity between Snowflake and Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain architectural blueprints, data mapping, and functional requirement documents.
- Platform Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience implementing and configuring Salesforce Data Cloud.
- The Hybrid Edge: A profile that balances strong Business Analysis (70%) with technical Data Engineering (30%).
- Data Proficiency: 3–5+ years in data-driven roles with solid experience in Snowflake and SQL (Basic to Intermediate) for validation.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to navigate complex requirements with Product and Marketing stakeholders.
- Agile Excellence: Experience working in Agile environments within distributed, remote teams.
- Fluent English: High proficiency for daily technical and business communication.
- Mastery of Customer 360 and Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
- Experience in Analytics Enablement and data visualization strategy.
- Background in AI-ready data preparation and modeling.
This role is 100% remote from LATAM. To ensure successful collaboration with our North American partners, the role requires significant overlap with CST. Flexibility for key meetings is expected.
