Job Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Senior Executive to support the implementation and ongoing management of data-driven initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on executing data workflows, enabling audience segmentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer insights and engagement.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and ongoing management of Salesforce Data Cloud
- Integrate data from multiple sources into the platform (CRM, digital channels, third-party systems)
- Execute and optimize audience segmentation for marketing and business use cases
- Monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to translate business needs into data use cases
- Maintain and enhance data models, calculated insights, and reporting structures
- Ensure adherence to data governance and privacy standards
- Develop reports and dashboards to support business decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce or related technologies
- Hands-on experience or strong exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud or similar CDP tools
- Solid understanding of data management concepts (ETL processes, data modeling)
- Proficiency in SQL or similar querying languages
- Experience with data integration techniques and APIs
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
