Salesforce crm analytics
Duration: 9-12 Months Contract
Location: Burbank, LA
Experience with Salesforce CRMA (formerly known as Tableau CRM & Einstein Analytics).
Experience with Visualforce, APEX, and SOQL/SOSL/SAQL.
Solid understanding of CRMA and Salesforce Objects and pulling data from key objects for proper representation
Solid understanding of CRMA integrations and connectors with other applications (e.g. Power Platform, Power Automate, Snowflake, AWS, etc.).
CRMA certifications (CRMA, Tableau CRM, or Einstein Analytics certifications) are highly preferred.
Salesforce certifications: Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Builder, Einstein, Sales Cloud are nice to have and very useful.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
Understanding of broader systems engineering concepts including data structures, data modeling, database schemas.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
