Job Description:
We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Consultant, you will drive marketing‑led Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients. You bring deep expertise in Marketing Cloud (incl. Marketing Cloud Next), combined with strong knowledge of Salesforce Core and Data Cloud 360, enabling integrated, data‑driven customer journeys and AI‑assisted marketing use cases.
You lead with marketing, while confidently navigating the broader Salesforce ecosystem to deliver scalable, end‑to‑end customer engagement.
What you’ll do
- Design and advise on marketing‑centric Salesforce architectures, with Marketing Cloud as the anchor and Core and Data Cloud as enablers.
- Shape end‑to‑end marketing and engagement use cases, from data and segmentation to journeys, personalization, and activation.
- Translate marketing and business objectives into integrated Salesforce solutions across Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud 360, and Core.
- Contribute to AI‑enabled marketing and automation scenarios, including Agentforce‑driven use cases where relevant.
- Lead pre‑sales and solutioning: discovery, value mapping, high‑level architecture, demos, and proposals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to marketing and digital stakeholders, aligning closely with IT and platform teams.
- Mentor consultants and campaign specialists; help raise quality and maturity across teams.
- Stay current on the Salesforce roadmap, with focus on Marketing Cloud Next, Data Cloud, and AI‑native capabilities.
What you bring
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud consultant or lead in complex environments.
- Deep expertise in Marketing Cloud, with a clear view on Marketing Cloud Next.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Core (Sales, Service, Platform) and its role in marketing use cases.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud 360 and data‑driven activation patterns.
- Experience with Agentforce / AI‑enabled Salesforce marketing use cases.
- Ability to design holistic customer and data flows, beyond individual campaigns.
- Comfortable in advisory and pre‑sales roles, with strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications
