Job Description:
Cambria’s internship program is a 12 week experience that successfully exposes interns to business need projects, professional development, assigned mentors and Cambria leaders. We help students identify their career interests and participate in two-way learning opportunities to develop their professional skill sets.
Prepare to immerse yourself in a paid full-time, summer internship program that strives to provide cross-disciplinary work experiences. In the end, you will leave feeling accomplished, valuable and having made a difference.
The Sales Operations department is looking for a 2026 Salesforce AI Analyst Intern to join their team in Eden Prairie, MN!
Position Summary:
The Salesforce AI Analyst Intern role focuses on learning how to bridge the gap between sales/business operations and other internal support departments to drive the adoption of generative AI tools. In this role, you will collaborate across departments to identify, document and prioritize high-impact use cases for prompt engineering that enhance team efficiency and customer engagement. Additionally, you will lead efforts to digitize legacy sales assets into a centralized, secure prompt and data library, ensuring that all AI-generated outputs are accurate, verified, and aligned with organizational standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete and present a capstone project related to department business needs. This will include research, analysis, and presenting the overall findings and suggestions to peers and Cambria Leaders.
Leverage your current prompt development skills to collaborate with the Sales Operations team and the Cambria cross-functional AI Strike team. You will help suggest, prioritize, build, and ensure the successful adoption of the best generative AI use cases that enable the Sales team to effectively utilize our AI Agents. This includes Sales Use Case Discovery: conducting interviews with top-performing representatives and sales leaders to identify manual tasks that can be automated via generative AI.
Copilot Prompt Library: Research, test, and build a standardized library of AI prompts (in either Agentforce, Slack or our Google Suite workflows that can be connected to our Salesforce instances). Examples could include creating prompt suggestions to help reps answer reporting questions quickly, draft follow-up emails or quickly research prospects with a few clicks of a button.
Data Validation for AI: Perform deep-dive data audits to ensure CRM records are "AI-ready"—focusing on cleaning the specific fields that feed into AI models to prevent "garbage in, garbage out."
AI Training & Documentation: Develop "How-To" guides and concise video tutorials to demonstrate to the Sales team how to effectively utilize the prompt library. This initiative aims to increase adoption and awareness of AI's role in improving efficiency in the field, with a goal of saving the sales team an estimated five or more hours per week.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong interest in Generative AI and "prompt engineering" (knowing how to talk to a bot to get the best result) while also translating the needs and requests of the Sales reps in the field.
A personable and curious individual who understands that the Sales team's most valuable resource is time so interviews must be well prepared, focused and consistent to achieve scale quickly over the internship.
Meticulous approach to data (understands that AI is only as good as the data it sits on).
Creative writing and solid persona-based interview capabilities and impact based communication skills.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Any technical certification from an AI-focused, accredited training program will be considered. Expected graduation date of 2026, 2027, and 2028.
Experience: Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) with an understanding of prompt structures (e.g., providing context, setting personas, and defining output formats). Basic understanding of the ethics of AI, "hallucinations," and the basics of how Salesforce uses LLMs, even if you yourself have not used Salesforce prior roles.
Systems: Google Suites or Excel for V-Look Up Creation, any prompt related system access, not necessary in Salesforce
Stand Out Applicants Could Possess:
Salesforce Certified Associate
Salesforce Trailhead Badges in applicable areas
Additional Requirements:
Managerial Responsibilities: No
Travel Requirements: Limited travel locally (Eden Prairie, Le Sueur, and Belle Plaine)
Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use. Able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally / sparingly (office supplies, packages, samples). May need to bend, reach, walk, or stoop occasionally. Prolonged periods sitting and/or standing at a desk and working on a computer
Program Dates: May 18, 2026 - August 7, 2026; M-F; 40 hour work week
This position pays $18.00 per hour and requires a daily in-office presence; please note that relocation and housing assistance are not provided.
