In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of Salesforce, while partnering with business teams to design and implement scalable solutions that improve workflows, data quality, reporting, and overall user experience.

What will you do at MMDSmart?

  • Administer and configure Salesforce (Sales and Service Cloud) platforms.
  • Manage user access, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and security hierarchy.
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, and Lightning Record Pages to support business processes.
  • Develop and maintain automation processes using Salesforce Flow, assignment rules, and validation rules.
  • Assist in integrating Salesforce with existing tools (Jira, Mautic, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Support, train, and onboard users on Salesforce best practices and system functionality.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and track key sales/support KPIs through reports and dashboards.

Requirements

You are a perfect match if you have:

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration (Sales and Service Cloud).
  • Experience with process automation, data modeling, and security model configuration (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets).
  • Understanding of data migration, import/export, and data quality maintenance.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns and APIs (e.g., Jira integration).
  • Good communication skills, with a focus on process optimization and stakeholder support.
  • English proficiency (B2+).
