Build relationships with marketing, CX, and IT decision-makers, maintain CRM data, monitor messaging regulations and competitors, and collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product on onboarding and upsell opportunities.

Own top-of-funnel growth across EMEA by identifying and engaging prospects, qualifying inbound leads, booking qualified meetings, and routing opportunities to Account Executives. Develop creative outbound sequences, maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, monitor market and competitor trends, and consistently achieve pipeline and meeting targets. The role requires credible communication about CPaaS messaging solutions across multicultural markets.

Own product functionality from concept through launch and optimization. Define features, manage the backlog, write user stories with acceptance criteria, prioritize work, support development iterations, track progress, mitigate risks, and align stakeholders with the product vision.

Develop and support analytical systems for operational decision-making, identify KPIs with business process owners, analyze data lifecycles, define data warehouse and ETL requirements, validate data engineering results, build dashboards, and present insights to customers. The role requires at least one year of data or BI analyst experience, strong SQL and data visualization skills, analytical communication abilities, and fluency in Russian and English.
