Join a leading national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, parts, and supplies, and be part of a team that excels in providing top-notch HVAC/R solutions through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors.

We operate primarily in the B2B environment, selling our products through licensed HVAC dealers and contractors. Summary:

The Salesforce Administrator is a key member of our HQ Digital Transformation, Customer Experience & Marketing Team, driving transformation across the company. The candidate will be responsible for leading & assisting with the development and implementation of Salesforce-based processes and solutions across the organization. This role works directly with the project management team, executive leadership and key stakeholders to meet/exceed their requirements while applying Salesforce design & admin best practices. Additionally, the role works across multiple regional & functional teams to ensure successful Salesforce rollouts and user adoption.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Create and support Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing/Experience Cloud processes such as lead generation, opportunities, CPQ, Omni-Channel (cases, chats, calls, texts), knowledge, installed‑packages, system integrations and data extensions
  • Configure standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, case paths/statuses, record stages, approval processes and lightning components to streamline workflows and improve productivity
  • Design, implement and maintain standardized dashboards, charts and reports that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making
  • Perform ongoing configuration, support, maintenance and enhancements to maintain a scalable/sustainable architecture for processes, tools and users
  • Manage user security, roles, profiles, permission sets, queues, sharing rules and public groups to ensure appropriate data access
  • Leverage export/import/analysis/backup tools to cleanse, deduplicate and archive data with an emphasis on data integrity & governance standards
  • Respond to support tickets, familiarize champions & users with best practices and create appropriate documentation to drive user understanding & adoption
  • Develop and test new new/enhanced processes, version features, release updates in sandboxes and deploy them to production (e.g. via change sets, workbench)
  • Work with leadership, SMEs, stakeholders, project managers, fellow admins and external partners to implement standardized solutions aligned with business requirements and processes

 

Requirements:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; expertise with objects/fields, flows, validation rules, approval processes, role hierarchies, users/profiles/permission sets, page layouts, reports/dashboards and change sets
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience configuring & implementing Salesforce solutions in Lightning Experience, especially Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to design processes that drive user adoption and maintain a high level of data quality
  • Strong communicator skilled at engaging employees/users across all organizational levels  with varying technical knowledge to provide excellent customer support
  • Self-motivated learner eager to expand technical skills, increase project leadership responsibilities and pursue additional Salesforce training/certifications

  • Expertise with objects/fields, flows, validation rules, approval processes, role hierarchies, users/profiles/permission sets, page layouts, reports/dashboards, and change sets
  • Experience deploying and testing in sandboxes using change sets and Workbench
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on data quality and governance
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage users across all organizational levels
  • Self-motivated learner willing to pursue additional Salesforce training and certifications
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud (a plus)
