As a Salesforce Administrator, you are the vital link between business and technology. You will ensure that Salesforce is optimized, scalable, and aligned with business needs—driving efficiency, adoption, and innovation across the organization.

You will act as a trusted advisor, challenging the status quo and continuously improving how Salesforce supports our business.

System Configuration & Automation (95%)

  • Customize Salesforce (fields, page layouts, record types) to align with business processes
  • Design and implement automation (Flows, approval processes) to streamline operations
  • Continuously optimize system performance and usability

Platform Management & Support (5%)

  • Manage users, roles, and access to ensure data security and compliance
  • Maintain data quality through validation rules and cleansing processes
  • Create insightful reports and dashboards for business stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability
  • Support integrations with external systems
  • Conduct system health checks and manage upgrades

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Train and support users to drive adoption and best practices
  • Work closely with IT, security, and business teams

Key competencies to empower your journey. You'll drive towards success if:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices
  • Experience with automation tools (Flows, approvals, etc.)
  • Solid data management and data quality mindset
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of coding/scripting (nice to have)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Location and Eligibility:

📍 Location: Slovakia (Hybrid working model: 1 day in the office)
