Platform Administration
Administer Salesforce platform: user provisioning, permissions, security/privacy groups, layouts, automation, reports/dashboards.
Manage backups and disaster recovery, troubleshoot API-limit failures, and other on-going platform troubleshooting.
Oversee mobile app deployment and Intune integration for secure user access.
Integrations & Data
Maintain and monitor LPL → Salesforce and data automation feeds.
Support LPL → MACU data warehouse pipeline.
Monitor and remediate integration issues across platforms.
Security & Compliance
Implement Salesforce security hardening and evaluate advanced security features.
Manage LPL email journaling and compliance workflows.
Ensure email signatures/disclosures append correctly; whitelist critical messages.
Coordinate Intune deployments and mobile apps.
Stakeholder Management
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs with clear acceptance criteria.
Maintain a prioritized admin/integration backlog; communicate timelines, risks, and release notes.
Liaison & Support
Serve as primary interface with LPL IT, MACU IT, Telephony, and Data teams.
Own ticketing and equipment workflows for Wealth advisors.
Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical triage for advisor tools and integrations.
Enablement
Drive adoption and training for solution rollouts.
Build advisor dashboards and process automation in Salesforce.
Develop training and adoption programs for wealth technology tools.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 2+ years of technical experience (data, API, or compliance workflow related)
4+ years of direct Salesforce administration experience with progressive technical leadership.
Strong knowledge of integrations, API monitoring, and compliance workflows.
Preferred experience with other platforms and integrating them to Salesforce such as FMG (Salesforce synchronized marketing workflows), Coconut for appointment scheduling, Ring Central for integrated telephony features.
Licenses, Certifications, Registrations
Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
