The Role

As our Salesforce Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing ongoing administrative support for the Salesforce platform, including user management, data maintenance, and system configuration.
• Delivering timely and effective technical support to end-users.
• Collaborating with regional and global teams to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Implementing and maintaining security settings, user roles, and profiles.
• Assisting in documentation, training materials, and process flows.
• Supporting platform upgrades, patches, and releases.
• Creating and managing reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Conducting regular system audits and ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Staying up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices.

• Training and guiding users to enhance Salesforce skills across the organisation.
  

You should have:

• 2+ years of experience working at a global or regional level with Salesforce platforms.
• Salesforce Admin certifications (ADM201, ADM211, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Jira, Service Desk, and Confluence.
• Background in Financial Services (desirable).
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and related systems.
• Proficiency in building custom apps, workflows, formula fields, and views.
• Understanding of other Salesforce Clouds and Apps (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud) is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.
