Position Overview:
- The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the overall development, configuration, and support of the Salesforce platform. The scope of projects will include data migrations, new builds (converting old processes to Salesforce), and process optimization (improving existing objects, relationships, and workflows). The Salesforce Administrator will independently work to build, test, implement, and document solutions based on business requirements. The Salesforce Administrator will leverage their knowledge and best practices to deliver creative solutions that align with the corporate strategy.
Let's talk about your role and responsibilities:
- Champion Salesforce best practices, aligning platform features with business goals, and drive user adoption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, create user stories, and document workflows.
- Configure Salesforce with custom objects, fields, flows, permission sets, roles, dashboards, and reports.
- Manage and prioritize the project backlog, ensuring responsiveness to business needs and recurring issues.
- Conduct QA testing, execute data updates, and maintain project tracking tools for real-time task visibility.
- Manage and troubleshoot third-party integrations and APIs to ensure seamless data flow across systems (e.g., SFDC, Gong, Marketo, 6sense, Ironclad, LinkedIn Nav, Lusha)
- Provide ongoing training and support for end users and admins, creating clear documentation for a seamless user experience.
- Oversee case queue management, data quality, compliance, and troubleshooting.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce certifications, ideally Platform App Builder and Salesforce Administrator.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce projects, including managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce core configuration, Flow, Data Loader, and Excel.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, SFDC Analytics, and integrations with SFDC and Outlook.
- Familiarity with SaaS/subscription-based business models is preferred.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA. Service Cloud, and Microsoft 365
- Proven experience leading Salesforce projects, including managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
