The opportunity
The Salesforce Administrator will be an integral part of our Revenue Operations Team! The role will be involved in providing support for many aspects of Salesforce across multiple departments within the company. Responding to internal requests, questions and issues, working with our sales team to provide reporting and dashboards across multiple regions, and refining or maintaining the back end salesforce processes, including objects, validation rules, flows, templates, Conga, etc.

What you'll do
- Manage user provisioning, roles, profiles, and permissions
- Monitor license usage and optimize across tech stack
- Update, create, and monitor workflows, validation rules, and flows (Process Builder, Apex)
- Ensure data quality and integrity
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards
- Support integrated applications (ZoomInfo, Conga, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chorus, etc.)
- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve cases in support queue
- Collaborate on business process improvements and documentation
Who you are
- 2+ years as a Salesforce Administrator with proven expertise
- Skilled in user provisioning, roles, profiles, and permissions management
- Experienced in workflow rules, validation, flows, and custom object creation
- Proficient in creating reports and dashboards
- Support and troubleshoot integrated applications (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, Conga, etc.)
- Strong communicator with ability to multitask and adapt quickly
- Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection
- Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward

Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
Monthly Pay Range
₱47,000—₱60,000 PHP
