Position Title: Salesforce Administrator
Work Arrangement: Remote
Schedule: Must be willing to work shifting schedules, primarily covering US time zones
Our client is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to optimize the use of Salesforce, ensuring high efficiency and full utilization of its features and benefits. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and effectively administer and enhance the Salesforce system.
In this role, you will be solving interesting and challenging problems in delivering high-quality business solutions to our client in the healthcare industry on the Salesforce.com platform. You are expected to collaborate with our in-house developers and the client in designing and developing a dynamic and secure business solution. This position offers the chance to grow in a supportive and rapidly expanding workplace.
Responsibilities- Create and maintain Data Dictionaries.
- Generate application flow charts and detailed technical documentation.
- Define technical specifications to meet business requirements for custom applications.
- Read program codes for troubleshooting and coordinate with the proper teams for resolution while performing other administrative tasks.
- Function in an Agile, structured SDLC team environment.
- Use the Developer Console to support and provide solutions to different development tasks.
- Work hand in hand with the Development team in supporting the client’s system/application.
- Use various Salesforce platforms and technologies (Salesforce Lightning, Classic, Einstein, Visualforce) to support client needs.
- Perform unit and integration testing.
- Develop Distributed Integrations between Salesforce and proprietary Enterprise Applications.
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Proficiency in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language).
- Expertise in Visualforce, Lightning Components, Aura Components, and Apex, with a strong emphasis on advanced Apex skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for complex logical issues.
- Familiarity with Platform Events is desirable.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Must have: Knowledge or some experience in Salesforce Development.
