What do we need
Dotmatics is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join the Revenue Operations Team, to work closely with sales and revenue operations leadership to implement, enhance, and maintain the Salesforce platform and related technology stack in support of business processes.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Salesforce Maintenance: Maintain and manage our CRM, including user/role management and permissions
- Customization: Configure and customize objects, fields, page layouts, rules, workflows and triggers to support sales processes
- Data management: Oversee and perform audits and data cleansing to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Reporting: Create and manage custom reports and dashboards within Salesforce and data visualization tools to provide business insights to support decision making
- User Training: Provide support and training to users and to ensure adoption of best practices
We are looking for people who have Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification and 2-3 years of experience in the enterprise SaaS industry, or equivalent experience.
The key skills we are looking for in an ideal candidate are:
- Proven experience with Salesforce development and customization in a mid-size to large SaaS solution company
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization and data management
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau)
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, index/match, data mgmt, charting)
- Experience with Service Cloud, CPQ and Pardot
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to create, update and maintain technical documentation
You may also have:
- Life sciences experience
- Advanced Administrator or other Salesforce certifications are a plus
