Salesforce Administrator
The Salesforce Administrator ensures the reliability, security, and performance of enterprise and end-user
systems. This role focuses on maintaining standardized configurations, monitoring system health, and
implementing proactive measures to support business continuity and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
System Administration
- Maintain and update enterprise and end-user systems to ensure security, compliance, and
operational efficiency. - Document configurations and changes for consistency and audit readiness.
- Manage core services and protocols, including access controls and encryption.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor system performance and availability using standardized processes.
- Identify and mitigate potential issues to prevent disruptions.
- Recommend improvements to enhance scalability and reliability.
Operational Support & Governance
- Coordinate support activities to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Align system administration practices with organizational standards and security requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process and technology improvements.
What you'll need
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in system administration or
technical infrastructure roles - Strong understanding of system administration principles and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with monitoring, diagnostic, and security tools (tool-agnostic).
