General Summary:

Contribute and actively participate in developing, defining and executing a comprehensive long-term Strategic plan, Incubation & Business Development of new business/product areas, with an emphasis on:
• Conduct business case development and scenario planning with detailed financial/P&L analysis for multiple projects;
• Develop a portfolio of projects and initiatives across the team and monitor/track/accelerate the development;
• Conduct SWOT analysis on specific business initiatives including economic, regulatory, market customers and competition, benchmarked with internal competitiveness and capability;
• Identify gaps and opportunities in the market for new growth, and develop key strategic and execution initiatives;
• Research new business opportunities in the market as well as customer research, current client problems, or issues and specific market trends;
• Engage with the both internal and external stakeholders as well as the top management team;

  • Actively drive incubation of new technology innovations (e.g. AI/ML, CV, Camera, GPU) working with engineering and externally with key global customers, partners, & relevant ecosystems



Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelors of Science degree in an engineering related field required • 7+ years of relevant work experience in Engineering, Product Management, Technical Sales/Marketing, Business Development• Systems & Platform level knowledge of AI/ML edge and cloud architectures (HW, SW, Tools) including experience launching products and/or developing partnerships in these areas• Experience working on Camera related products and partnerships with a heavy AI/ML/CV component• Ability to understand and communicate key customer requirements, tradeoffs, and commercial impacts

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering is a plus
• Masters degree (MBA or M.S in Engineering) is preferred
• 3+ years of experience working in management consulting, investment banking, strategy or business development with exposure to AI, ML, CV, and Camera;
• Demonstrated strategic thinking based on good understanding and connections within edge and cloud AI/ML/Camera ecosystems;
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems, develop supporting analysis, and present in a clear and simple manner for an executive audience;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with executive presentations
• Self-driven and motivated, strong persuasive skills.
