Role Title: Specialist, Sales Support
Location: Remote; Austin, TX
What You'll Do

  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Sales Team including updating company tools and resources; manage client sales trackers and audits. Compiles misc. information as needed.
  • Schedule and participate in weekly sales conference calls, records and distributes notes to team members.
  • Perform various administrative duties for sales team members (contracts and promotional support).
  • Updating team member participation for upcoming trade shows.
  • Works closely and effectively with the Pillar and Team to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Manages a variety of special projects on an as needed basis for Whole Foods Market Sales Team.


Experience and Skills You Will Need

  • Experience supporting a team.
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership skills dealing with employees and clients of all levels.
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients, customers, & colleagues.
  • Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
  • Mid/strong level of knowledge of grocery retailers in assigned market.
  • Proficient with all necessary computer-based programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
