Ox’s Senior Account Executive is responsible for building deep relationships and developing trust with key decision-makers. This person is a connector within the Supply Chain community who has direct relationships with the influencers and decision-makers to and can share the value Ox brings. Individuals should have a strong network within Enterprise and mid-market Supply Chain providers. A proven track record of consultative sales; the ability to map out and navigate large retail organizations; a strong understanding of ecomm fulfillment supply chain; and a passion for solving industry-wide challenges.

  • Own a book of business, selling into our top accounts and working with Retail organizations ranging from mid-market Regional, National, and Enterprise segments
  • Drive significant growth in the market for both existing and new clients
  • Manage complete and complex sales-cycles presenting to VP’s and C-level executives, Identifying organizational challenges, and present compelling impact metrics that will prove ROI
  • Define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospects
  • Develop and manage strong relationships within our Enterprise market segment, looking for opportunities to implement Ox
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers
  • Identify new challenges and opportunities in the market through consultative customer engagement
  • Directly impact our culture— we are a growing team where everyone makes a difference

What is needed to succeed?

  • BA/BS degree or similar college-level education. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience
  • 5 years Supply Chain or technology sales and account management experience
  • 5 year of experience in eCommerce Retail or Grocery
  • 3 years of sales experience
  • Ability to reach and develop relationships with C-level executives in key verticals
  • Understanding of supply chain systems ecosystem and relationships
  • Track record of over-achieving goals (top 10-20% of the company) in past positions
  • Experience navigating large organizations to establish and build winning relationships
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 25% of the time
