We align our client’s teams with a clear strategic focus, get their sales reps up to speed and ready to sell, and set their company on the pathway to its vision. We meet challenges by creating customized training programs that meet the specific learning objectives of our client’s training teams, provide clients with a single point of contact enabling us to be nimble and responsive, and by putting a team of experts in place who understand the rapidly changing needs of adult learners.

As a Senior Learning Strategist, the crux of the role lies in collaborating with the client, capturing their needs and recommending a holistic solution for learning and content delivery which is not just feasible, but also innovative and aligns with the brand strategic imperatives and current market trends.

The Senior Learning Strategist functions in a leadership role in the Fishawack Training Business Unit and works very closely with the sales account team to deliver prospective clients with sales training presentations and proposals with the best possible business/learning solutions for the client to help win the business.

The Senior Learning Strategist has experience in consultative needs analysis and stellar interpersonal skills, the ability to both empathize with and influence others, and to cope with a fluctuating workload and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Most importantly, the Senior Learning Strategist must love to work with clients in the consultative space while partnering with creative minds to find innovative learning solutions.
