About You:
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable the growth of the Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives. The Sales Operations Manager also provides support to other departments, such as Finance, Customer Success, Engineering, etc.
As a Sales Operations Manager at Turn, you will take care of all the data contained within the CRM, as well as gathering, maintaining, organizing and cleaning all the information needed to support the SDRs and their ability to sell Turn's products. In addition, you will be responsible for analyzing all data and creating reports for all departments as needed. You will also be responsible for automating processes within the CRM by creating workflows and maintaining all records clean.
This position reports directly to the Director of Sales Enablement.
What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the sales funnel
  • Streamline and optimize the sales process
  • Select, implement, and manage sales automation tools
  • Manage CRM data
  • Perform sales forecasting
  • Work with sales leadership to develop organizational goals
  • Support a team of sales operations and sales enablement professionals


What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Be a Hubspot expert and a CRM management expert
  • Excel (advanced)
  • Be data driven and experienced in sales and sales processes
  • Be an expert in report building
  • Be detail oriented and an ability to keep information organized and easy to read
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have excellent organization, project management skills, and ability to take initiative
  • Be fluent in English - knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
