ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Sales Operations Analyst, you will partner closely with the sales, marketing and product teams to work on analytics to track and drive both short and long term sales initiatives.
*We are open to up-level this role for the right candidate.*
This is not a fully remote role. At BlueVine, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which we believe is best maintained through in-person interactions and a vibrant office environment. All of our offices will reopen in accordance with local guidelines, and will follow a hybrid model.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work with stakeholders to build a Sales Analytics Roadmap
- Build sales productivity and performance Analytics using Salesforce.com and Tableau
- Design a robust method to prioritize leads based on defined Ideal Customer Profiles
- Improve existing client experience by analyzing customer behavior and competition
- Build statistical models for quota and track attainment for the team using multiple data sources
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Bachelor's degree from a top university
- 2-4 years of experience in an analyst or operations roles
- Demonstrated ability to execute on both small and large-scale projects
- Able to work successfully with senior executives and partners
- Experience with analysis of large data sets and SQL proficiency preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to gather information, solve conceptual problems, corral resources, and deliver results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort working on multiple high-priority projects concurrently
- Passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment
