DAT is looking for a Sales Lead Qualifier to join our outstanding Inside Sales Freight Matching team in Beaverton, OR.

We're looking for a detailed and process-oriented professional who will dynamically pursue every lead to connect with prospective customers and help grow DAT.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication skills, by phone, in writing, and in person.
  • Focused and productive, comfortable with multitasking, and capable of handling multiple prospects at the same time.
  • Highly observant, and with good attention to detail.



What You'll Do

  • Place cold calls to follow up on sales leads and take incoming calls from customers.
  • Match new customers with the best solutions for their needs.
  • Efficiently connect new customers with Sales Representatives to make timely and effective introductions.
  • Promptly process sales lead opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and maximize sales.
  • Determine relevant products and services for customers and connect them to Sales Representatives for follow up.
  • Place a high volume of calls to prospective customers.
  • Efficiently use Salesforce CRM to routinely track and report on phone and web leads, ensuring all sales leads are pursued.



The Skills and Experience You'll Need

  • Strong communication skills, outstanding phone skills in particular.
  • Willing and able to adopt and master Salesforce CRM, Google Workspace, and other technologies and software to improve performance.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
