What YOU will do:
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email, networking, and social media
Qualifying prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals
Schedule meetings between prospects and our sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system
Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and implement new sales strategies
Meet and exceed monthly metrics and quarterly sales goals
Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends, market demands, and competitors
Participate in sales training and professional development activities as required
Who YOU are:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field a plus
0-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think creatively
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools is a plus

At BAMKO, we want you to be well and thrive. The compensation for this position ranges from $44,000-$55,000 per year. In addition, there is a performance based discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
