Sales Development Representative

That’s where you come in. We’re growing quickly and looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative. As one of the early members of this team, you’ll play a critical role in building pipeline and shaping our outbound strategy. Partnering closely with Account Executives and our marketing team, you will have a direct impact on our ability to meet our revenue goals and accelerate growth. Importantly, you’ll collaborate with internal GTM stakeholders to develop and fine-tune our outbound playbook.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1+ year of SDR/BDR experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS
- Experience creating strategic outbound campaigns to build pipeline
- Proficiency in researching and crafting a tailored message to executives
- Proficiency in common outbound tools and tech stack
- Experience collaborating with Account Executives to strategically prioritize and target a book of business
- Comfortable with conducting qualification and discovery meetings with new customers
- Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of communication and activities
- Demonstrated ability to think analytically to identify trends across vast volume of data
- Track record of being a self-starter, consistently meeting or exceeding target
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend ways to optimize outbound processes and overall strategy
