Sales Development Manager
Our sales team is growing and we now have the need for a Sales Development Manager to lead and coach a team of SDRs. As a critical front-line function, the Sales Development team is responsible for bringing on new business opportunities to our multiple sales teams within the org.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Basic Salesforce administration, including but not limited to analyzing potential gaps in the data, syncing Salesforce with integrated software, utilizing data loader, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Complete and communicate business requirements to the Salesforce development team.
- Assist in the sales compensation process.
- Ensure alignment between Salesforce and Product via internal tools.
- Develop visualizations in Tableau
Job Requirements:
- Mandatory 1 - 3+ years of experience Managing Inside salespeople or SDRs
- Skilled in all aspects of the sales cycle from open to close and objection handling
- Experience in cold calling and prospecting new leads or management of teams executing these tasks
- Experience in developing successful sales teams based on enthusiastic leadership and motivational skills
- Experience analyzing monthly and weekly sales trends based on reports, metrics, KPI's, and creating meaningful changes to affect positive results
- Experience hiring and training new salespeople
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Track record of leading by example; being a successful sales rep/individual contributor
- Track record of training of new products and sales techniques
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Experience working with and administering SalesForce.com
- Resourceful and knowledgeable; able to think quick on their feet
