Partner Sales Enablement Manager
As Zoom’s Partner Programs Readiness team grows, we are looking for a Partner Sales Enablement Manager who is responsible for delivering sales and technical training to Zoom’s Volume Partners in the very early stages of their journey. In Zoom’s competitive market, agile content creation is crucial to Partner’s abilities to identify and quickly fill customer needs. In this role, your focus will be conducting training and enablement workshops for a partners sales, pre-sales and architect teams.
You will be a critical part of the Partner Programs Team and be able to lead others in the organization to implement change, as well as measure the positive results of those changes.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Product Marketing to identify, prioritize, standardize and deliver Partner onboarding and enablement
Collaborate with the Zoom Sales and Sales Enablement, Partner Education and Channel SE teams to design, implement, deliver, and operationalize required onboarding enablement programs for Partners
Team closely with Channel Operations to ensure Partners receive sales operations guidance thus keeping day to day activities with Zoom running smoothly
Collaborate with the Partner Sales Education team to deliver world class learning programs and courses that drive behavior change and increase performance and productivity across our Partner ecosystem
Collaborate with the Channel Sales team to manage partner progress and success against the enablement plan
Facilitate product, solution and sales onboarding, as needed
Evaluate business impact of Partner onboarding and Partner engagement programs through metrics and analysis
Share information, consolidate feedback insights/reports, and utilize the right tools to provide insights and recommendations to Channel Operations and Partner Programs
Requirements:
Combination of sales operations and sales enablement acumen
An independent and proactive problem solver; capable to implement business plans and strategies
Experienced Sales Enablement Manager with 5+ years of partner education, and sales operations experience
Experience in UCaaS or Collaboration industry prefered
Experience in facilitation, training, learning and design
Experience in managing and measuring the success of on-going learning programs
BS/BA degree preferred but not required
Project Management expertise is a plus
Understand the nuances and fast paced environment of a high growth company
Highly organized and able to prioritize work effectively.
