You enjoy reducing the amount of non-selling activities a team has to do through the use of process and technology change. You use data to identify opportunities for improvement, and you encourage best practices across the team. If you have demonstrable experience building and coaching winning sales teams, developing sales processes that are proven, and actually work, we're excited to talk to you.
What You Will Work On
- Formal monthly reporting for executive team on sales pipelines and OKRs
- Weekly and ad-hoc reporting for product, marketing and sales leadership
- Provide accountability for weekly sales activities
- Oversee the sales & marketing workflow from leads through to closed opportunities
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing on strategic sales initiatives and execution
- Manage the Sales Development Representatives to generate meetings for the sales team
- Manage Sales Enablement Specialist to develop sales material for the sales team
- Work with VP of Sales to manage, monitor and improve sales processes
- Manage the strategy, projects and data centered on Salesforce and Service Cloud
- Be the manager for system administration, sales enablement & on-boarding
- Respond to high priority requests from the sales team
- Work with other departments to help process workflow and ensure customer needs are met
Who We are Looking For
- A track record of successfully managing operations and teams
- The ability to plan, manage and execute complex projects including data & systems
- Past experience in optimizing sales and support teams
- A history of consistently meeting and exceeding objectives and goals
- Experience with using Salesforce, and managing sales development & support teams
- Ability to collaborate with sales leaders and other teams across the organization
