The Strategic Sales Representative will focus on high-volume outreach to photographers, managing a quick sales cycle, pipeline creation, and ensuring data accuracy in CRM systems.

Partner with managers to support full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding), advise on HR policies and employee relations, manage performance processes, collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards, contribute to L&D and internal communications, and support HR projects to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Protect on-premises and cloud environments through security monitoring, incident response, threat hunting, vulnerability analysis, and advisory support. Investigate alerts from SIEM/EDR/XDR/IDS/IPS, perform root cause analysis and containment, tune detections, advise on remediation and secure configurations, and partner with teams to improve security posture.

Provide day-to-day customer support via phone and email: respond to high-priority requests, give order status updates, support implementations, process returns, facilitate order completion, and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs and resolve issues.

Serve as liaison between real estate partners and customers to assign orders, negotiate fees/contracts, track progress, remove obstacles, update records, and ensure timely delivery of valuation services while fostering positive vendor relationships.
