Supports CX Operations through business analysis, process optimization, project management, requirements gathering, performance reporting, dashboard development, and custom analysis. The role translates operational needs into business requirements, validates solutions, analyzes appraiser and broker coverage, develops business justifications, and communicates insights and recommendations to leadership. It manages multiple initiatives, supports system enhancement requests, and partners cross-functionally with finance, sales, product, and operations teams.

Supports FP&A across three entities through budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, management reporting, ROI analysis, pricing and customer health analysis, and cost-saving recommendations. Partners with Technology on project capitalization, Accounting on month-end close, and leadership on financial decision support. Helps improve finance processes through AI and automation while ensuring accurate, consistent financial data and reporting.

Executive leader serving as Restb.ai’s senior voice with MLSs, enterprise brokerages, and real estate industry organizations. Builds C-suite relationships, advances strategic enterprise deals, represents the company at major conferences, delivers thought leadership, communicates AI and product roadmaps, develops direct MLS data partnerships, and collaborates with legal and data-acquisition teams on licensing and compliance. Requires deep MLS expertise, strong industry relationships, public-speaking ability, enterprise sales experience, and significant travel.

Maintain and enhance the organization's GRC posture by enforcing security frameworks and privacy regulations, conducting risk assessments and audits, developing policies, managing vendor security evaluations, coordinating remediation, and reporting metrics to leadership.

Translate product requirements into ML-actionable specifications; scope and plan data acquisition and labeling; run model and training evaluations and make go/no-go recommendations; maintain exemplar output library; coordinate large-scale assessments, track regressions, and serve as primary product liaison to the ML team.
