We are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will develop new customers through telemarketing and by answering incoming product inquiries, provide product information and pricing to potential and existing customers, write orders, and resolve complaints.

What you will do in the position:

  • Follow up with current customers within 30 days of coming out of factory warranty to determine customer's need for service contracts that meet or exceed established monthly quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Make and complete a minimum of 500 outbound calls per month to potential HSC customers to determine customer's needs for HSC product, answer customer's questions, and provide customers with HSC product information.
  • Document customer calls, sales activity, and other customers/prospect information using the current CRM package.
  • Participate in all customer/prospect targeted sales and promotional campaigns documenting activity as requested.
  • Determine the customer buying cycle and intent.
  • Send appropriate product literature and information.
  • Fulfill customer requests to purchase HSC products.
  • Answer customer questions and assists in resolving installation concerns.
  • Prepare and follow up on customer proposals on a timely basis.
  • Coordinate and regularly communicates sales efforts with the Outside Sales Manager(s) and HSC management to maximize effectiveness and minimize duplication of efforts.
  • Assist Outside Sales Managers with sales/order documentation, literature requests, order follow up, interdepartmental communication, and trade show backup
  • Arrange face-to-face appointments with customers/prospects for the Outside Sales Managers as required to close business on a timely basis.
  • Collaborate with management to establish and execute the annual sales goal for the region.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team member(s) to maximize sales revenue to meet or exceed corporate-set quotas.
  • Forecast quarterly and monthly sales for the region.
  • Participate as a member of the Regional team that is responsible for maintaining at least 85% YTD quota for direct sales in the region.
  • Act as a backup to the Sales Support department as required.
  • Follows-up qualifies and closes sales leads generated through various mediums such as web leads, trade shows, brand new store development lists, and inbound calls.
  • Provide feedback to management on competitors based on customer feedback.
  • Conduct customer training sessions as directed by HSC management.
  • Assist other regions as directed by HSC management.
