As an Inside Sales Rep you'll play a key role in expanding our business within subsidiaries and departments of our existing Strategic customers. You will own and manage the sales cycle to ensure Alert Logic's growth within our enterprise markets.
Responsibilities
- Partner and collaborate with sales leadership and Account Executives to identify and target high value prospects and customers
- Build new pipeline through individual prospecting & lead qualification
- Partner with Account Executives to multi thread into account throughout 12 month sales processes
- Raise awareness and generate interest through a variety of outreach including but not limited to calls, emails, video, and social outreach
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
- Manage prospects from lead to close
- Cross-sell / up-sell into our existing customer base & target potential new logos
- Cultivate long-term relationships with customers
- Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve quota quarterly
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success with prospecting/ lead generation and a thorough understanding of the sales process
- Track record of exceeding goals and sales targets
- Highly motivated with excellent communication skills, confident and goal-oriented
- 2 year of previous enterprise SaaS experience
- Closing experience
- Comfortable calling on all levels of an organization (VP, C-Suite executives, and sales leaders), navigating through multiple decision-makers in an organization
- Track record of success; building long-term customer relationships by establishing trust and credibility
- Experience selling to sales leaders a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
