HMGA Sales Representative
Be a part of solving educators' insurance needs. You will be a part of a sales team in solving educators' insurance needs with non-Horace Mann Products. You will be helping protect the future of educators, which are molding the minds of our future. You will be supported by the HMGA Sales Manager. You will be fielding inbound calls, as well as making outbound calls to prospective clients. You will be aiding in sales support for Captive Agents, External, and Internal Wholesalers to provide for educators. You will be receiving transferred calls from Insurance Service Center of clients, participants, and the general public that will be insurance products. You will be able to learn, educate and implement new programs to positive affect new sales and customer retention. Position is Remote and P&C licensed are required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Service and provide quotes on non-Horace Mann Products.
- Build relationships with Agents as well as respond to clients via email, phone, or Internet/Web.
- Work with Third Party Vendors to get quotes/applications processed.
- Bind sales.
- Understand, educate and implement new programs to positively affect new sales and customer retention.
- Tracking and reporting, quality review, securing approvals, payment and signatures to bind policies is critical in the roles requiring licensure.
- Maintain daily contact volume to ensure production goals are met for the department
- Utilize sales skills to ensure proper close ratios and services levels are met
- Sell products with the processes established by the HMGA (i.e. Small commercial policies are presented directly to the client)
Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma or GED, required.
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience, preferred
- Two years of sales experience.
- Licensed in P&C, required.
- Telephone inbound/outbound experience.
- Excellent impersonal skills and client relationship building skills.
Must be able to work in the United States without Employer Sponsorship.
Pay Range:
- $21.01 - $32.98 per hour + sales incentive bonus.
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
