Horace Mann General Agency Sales Representative – Remote Opportunity

🌐 This is a fully remote position.
You must be available to work a shift during our standard operating hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–8:00 PM CT.
Be the voice of guidance—engage with prospective clients through inbound/outbound calls and email to deliver personalized insurance solutions.
Provide exceptional service for non-Horace Mann products, ensuring each client feels heard, supported, and protected.
Build meaningful relationships with agents and clients, becoming a trusted resource across email, phone, and web.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to process quotes and applications accurately and efficiently.
Manage the full sales cycle—bind policies, secure documentation and signatures, and ensure timely payment processing.
Track, measure, and report on performance metrics to maintain high service and compliance standards.
Apply your sales savvy to meet and exceed production goals, while delivering an outstanding customer experience every time.
A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
An active Property & Casualty (P&C) personal lines license is a must.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others succeed.

Pay Range:
- $19.66- $29.04 per hour + sales incentive bonus.
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
