Role Description: 

As a senior revenue leader, the Head of Sales will report directly to the CEO and join the executive leadership team in leading all things go-to-market (sales, marketing, revenue operations). We are looking for a highly-motivated and enthusiastic leader who wants to build and lead a team, set the strategic direction for the revenue organization and overdeliver against targets. This role is a high-impact, high-visibility role with exposure to all areas of the business, the Board and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Be a strategic leader and thought leader to the entire business as it relates to revenue and growth 
  • Build a high-performing team of account executives, marketers and revenue operations specialists from the ground up 
  • Create incentive and performance management plans for the entire revenue organization 
  • Design and implement sales strategies, campaigns and more 
  • Lead the team to overdeliver against revenue targets
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to remain "ahead of the curve" 
  • Configure reporting mechanisms to track, measure and iterate on sales strategies

About You: 

  • 7+ years of sales management, preferably in a high-growth startup
  • Experience selling to stakeholders in logistics, retail, eCommerce 
  • Curiosity to learn and a willingness to adapt to new environments 
  • Passionate about solving problems
