Job Description

What you will be doing

  • Frontline support for sales and sales leadership in the sales credit and commission process.
  • Assist with managing the sales commission processes, including auditing sales credit data, tracking quarterly sales incentives, and validating commissions calculations.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Operations teams, Senior Sales Leaders, and Finance partners to process commission adjustments and compensation plan exceptions.
  • Prepare various sales commission and performance reports for Sales Managers and Sales Operations Leaders.
  • Research sales opportunity details and compensation plan components to resolve commission-related inquiries.
