Brokermint, a Boomtown ROI Company, is a fast-growing SaaS technology company, currently has a fantastic opportunity for experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join the team!

Core facts: Founded in 2014, 1500+ active b2b clients, presence in all 50 states and overseas! We are currently seeking a strong closer who will be responsible for selling our software product offerings into C, VP, D-level Enterprise companies. Understanding services, building solutions and communicating its value to customers. Staying engaged with customers throughout the sales cycle; from account planning, through the development of the deal, to the close of business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on a strategic plan to meet monthly, quarterly and annual bookings & revenue objectives
  • Build a strong sales pipeline
  • Create solutions based on existing product and technology partners offerings
  • Demonstrate and sell cloud-based software to Enterprise real estate companies
  • Reinforce value-added services, integrations, customizations, and professional services
  • Answer potential questions to overcome resistance and objections
  • Quote prices, negotiate with customer, and close deals
  • Maintain CRM database and prepare accurate reports

Specific qualifications for this role include:

  • SaaS Enterprise sales experience 3 years, required
  • B2B sales experience 3 years, required
  • Strong closing skills
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies and ramp up quickly
  • Consultative skills and abilities by phone and in-person
  • Ability to come up with new solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and time-management skills
  • Software sales experience preferred
