Summary

Aristocrat Customer Experience is looking for a high-performing Systems Sales Director covering our West region in the casino systems and digital systems sales arena. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition, customer retention, gross profit and revenue growth objectives.
The Systems Sales Director responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. This position is also responsible for business forecasting and establishing individual targets and sales goals. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve our financial targets. Building and maintaining successful and profitable customer relationships is a requirement of this position. The Systems Sales Director duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends. This position is also responsible for growing the talents and expertise of the account executives as well as supporting them in their sales activities.

What You'll Do

· Managing and supporting 4-8 sales executives

· Selling customer solutions and packaging deals together to include software, hardware, games, maintenance and Professional Services

· Forecasting revenues, margins and gross profit

· Meeting revenue and gross profit targets

· Assist with software demonstrations and customer meetings

· Develop, maintain and grow successful customer relationships

· Create, formulate and sell customer solutions that mutually benefit the customer and Aristocrat

· Up to 50% travel required, upon business needs

What We're Looking For

· Sales Management experience - 4 years

· Software or technology sales experience – 4 years minimum

· Casino industry knowledge preferred

· Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 8 years relevant experience

· Financial understanding of leases and financing options

· Understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
