Our company is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales department. We need a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales. In this position, you will be responsible for meeting our annual sales targets within assigned regions and accounts.

Your duties will include motivating our sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and assessing costs and competition. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Using knowledge of the founders, the market, and competitors - identify and develop each company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Create sales processes for new companies to maximize sales through sales training, technology, and customer service.
  • Manage ongoing initiatives and projects for existing companies.
  • Enhance training for new and existing companies to maximize top line sales
  • Works with the resources within Horse Power Brands and each companies leadership team to identify the sales opportunities and channels of revenue
  • Assists to develop any new product introduction and launch along with a training and execution processes
  • Explore new products or service lines and evaluate their utilization in current, new or developing companies to increase top line sales.

Requirements:

  • Must be in Omaha, NE or be willing to relocate.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience required, 10+ years preferred. Sales management or a Director role preferred.
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent leadership skills and a team player.
  • Confident self-starter with integrity and accountability
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial individual with a desire to tackle challenging opportunities
  • Must be able to effectively and persuasively present complex information in a simple way to executive level audiences
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
