Director of Sales - Credit Builder

As the Director of Sales you will support large revenue and complex client deals for Array's Credit Services (e.g., credit repair, debt settlement) vertical. You will partner with the SVP of sales to create and lead team strategy and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales vertical, including building territories, outreach plans and implementing sales strategies
- Work with existing clients
- Lead a team of Account executives and business development representatives and support closing deals where necessary
- Maintain cross functional relationship with Product and Engineering to determine new opportunities and delivery
- Achieve defined sales targets for assigned client group
- Respond to all requests; guide RFPs to important DAS partners
- Work with VPs of sales to develop and implement sales strategy
- Hire and develop a team of sales professionals
Requirements:
- 10+ years of direct selling experience in financial, technology or FinTech sales.
- Experience with impact (demonstrated to further us by improving its existing culture)
- Experience selling technology, SaaS or API-driven products
- A change leader with experience guiding new teams to provide revenue
- Experience working with executives, clients and XFN partners
- Data-driven sales managing the sales cycle with advanced campaign measurement and attribution
- Sales Leader with an established history of prospecting new clients, generating leads, closing sales
- Simply and compellingly present complex deals to clients; lead brainstorming sessions as situations demand
- Ability to travel based on our needs
