What we're looking for:

You are a focused, motivated and detail-oriented Sales management professional and leader who has a preferred 10 years of proven experience to include leading and managing SaaS sales in the Public Sector.

Position Summary:

Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth and retention across Federal, State, Local and Education sectors
  • Ensure key sales metrics and goals such as quota achievement, sales activity, and pipeline generation are met.
  • Lead, empower and mentor the team with positive, high energy leadership.
  • Ensure deal guidelines are followed and internal processes are running efficiently in support of achieving U.S. Public sector sales objectives.
  • Provide accurate forecasting of sales performance on a weekly, monthly & quarterly cadence.
  • Provide input to Sales Enablement and productivity programs to ensure they are additive to the North American enterprise sales teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of IC sales and sales management (SaaS experience is a plus)
  • Analytical skills identifying trends, opportunities, and analyzing sophisticated deals
  • Experience and expertise with SalesForce.com
  • Strong leadership skills and abilities
  • Ability to coach and drive positive team momentum in a multifaceted sales environment

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead multiple job areas.
  • Typically has mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional field with broad understanding of other areas within the job function.
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior meaningful experience.
