About the role:
LumApps is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market to join our Customer Success team! LumApps Customer Success partners with our customers to ensure they’re getting the most value from our platform. The Customer Success Manager will contribute to the team’s mission by supporting our mid-market customer and partner ecosystem in delivering value to LumApps customers. This role will provide clarity on the LumApps product and functionality, LumApps business relationships through contracts, and LumApps value through industry knowledge and best practices.
What you will do:
- Create, maintain and reinforce a trustful relationship with LumApps’ customers and partners
- Lead and execute customer action plans and partner touchpoints
- Manage the renewal pipeline with visibility and commitment
- Support customers and partners in growing existing usage of LumApps’ solution by providing best practices and supporting product add-on recommendations and referring to sales team for upsells
- Help customers and partners proactively set customer goals in using LumApps and help manage expectations along the journey
- Help build quotes, proposals, and participate in contract discussions
- Keep customer and partner data up to date and accurate in the LumApps Customer Management Tools
- Collaborate closely with LumApps Customer Success, Account Management teams and partners to execute on our aligned goals
- Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, and Product Management to deliver the appropriate experience for LumApps’ partners and customers
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience B2B SaaS customer and partner relationships
- Proactive, responsive, and detail oriented management of multiple customer relationships
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and partners
- Reliable reporting on activities and revenue
- Motivation to make our customers successful in the usage of our solution to build success-driven growth
- Share cultural values of the company
- A high level of autonomy in a fast growing environment
- Preferred: Experience with Intranet / Digital Workplace tools (e.g. Jive, Unily, Sharepoint, Beezy, Igloo, LifeRay, LiveTiles, Interact, Simpplr, etc.)
