You’ll be selling a highly configurable, powerful and best practice Crisis & Emergency solution to a variety of industries and buyers. To help you achieve success and ramp up as quickly as practical - the solution area and industries you work within will depend on your background and existing network.

What does it take to be a Noggin?

You’re no stranger to the world of enterprise solution selling and given your extensive experience in selling comparable Crisis & Emergency solutions, you’re comfortable with developing a clear sales strategy and growth plan for your territory - and then working methodically to execute on this and achieve the goals you have set for yourself.

You have a successful track record of targeting and winning new business as an enterprise account executive within the SaaS and / or adjacent industries - and you have a clear record of demonstrable accomplishments and account wins to prove it. You are adept at uncovering & understanding complex business problems and demonstrating how software solutions can address these - particularly within Crisis / Continuity / Emergency Management.

You are persistent, autonomous and methodical in your approach. When you set yourself a goal or target, you achieve it. You always have. And that's what makes you an exceptional account executive. You're confident, but not cocky - and you have the smarts to wrap your head around some pretty complex technical concepts and user problems. As a result, you're able to handle objections smoothly and inspire a sense of urgency when it comes to closing deals and winning business.

What does success look like in this role?

In your first 3 months, you will have become fully acquainted with our products, solution areas, customer portfolio and competitive landscape. You will be focused on agreed demand drive campaigns, increasing your pipeline ratio. You will be able to effectively articulate Noggin’s value proposition to senior level stakeholders, overcome objections, engage in meaningful conversations, solve customer business problems, and align timeline expectations to their buying process.

6 months in, you will have had a few significant wins and you will have established a clear picture of how you're going to continue to evolve your sales territory to not only meet but exceed your targets. You will have a solid sales forecast, a healthy pipeline and you're working seamlessly with marketing and the rest of the sales team to collectively achieve success.

After 12 months, you’ll have mastered the art of selling our solutions - the trail of deals and wins behind you are a testament to this. You'll have delivered to your territory plan for the year and you will have exceeded your targets. Additionally, you'll have a healthy pipeline in place for the following 12 months and you'll have a number of significant deals on the boil. Most importantly, you will be loving your role and you will feel like a valued Noggin and sales team member.
